  • Hotel worker believed to have tipped off killers
These are the first pictures of two of the three men charged with murdering 28-year-old honeymooner Anni Dewani.
She was shot dead after the taxi she and her husband, Shrien, were travelling in was car-jacked in a dangerous township outside Cape Town on November 13.
Mr Dewani escaped unharmed and Zola Tongo, 31, Xolile Mngeni, 23, and Mzwamadoda Qwabe, 26, were all charged with her killing.
And a pair of them, handcuffed together, are shown here being led to an ID parade by Cape Town police. Previously they had covered their faces but this picture reveals what they look like.

A ‘missing link’ fourth suspect is being hunted by South African police investigating the murder of Mrs Dewani.
The unnamed 31-year-old hotel worker is said to know Tongo, the taxi driver.

Police want to ask the wanted man whether he acted as a link between Anni’s British husband Mr Dewani and Tongo.

Mr Dewani, a millionaire healthcare tycoon from Bristol, has fiercely denied allegations that he is a suspect in his wife’s killing.

It emerged yesterday that Mr Dewani, 30, broke off an engagement to another woman last year.
His spokesman also denied claims that there was ‘hostility’ between the newlywed Dewanis after Anni was allegedly seen crying on the flight to begin their honeymoon.
Meanwhile the three men accused of murdering Miss Dewani appeared in court together for the first time today.
Tongo, Mngeni and Qwabe stood side by side in the dock during a short hearing before a magistrate in Cape Town.
The trio all face charges of murder, aggravated robbery and kidnap after Mrs Dewani, 28, was found shot dead, five days into her South African honeymoon.
Today the matter was postponed until December 6 to allow further police investigation
During the hearing the three men spoke only to confirm they understood the proceedings, which were conducted in English but translated into their native Xhosa.

Eleven police officers, some carrying guns, stood guard in the fourth floor courtroom as the trio were led up to the dock from the cells.
Mngeni, who wore dark jeans and a grey tracksuit top, winked at friends or relatives in the public gallery as he entered the packed chamber.
He stared straight ahead during the five minute hearing as he stood beside Qwabe, wearing jeans, a blue T-shirt and a grey vest.
Tongo, a taxi worker who had been driving the Dewanis on the night they were hijacked in the Gululethu township, wore dark jeans and a purple jumper.

The court heard the Congolese immigrant was still considering making a plea bargain with the state.
His lawyer William da Grass said: ‘These negotiations are ongoing and could have come to fruition by the time of the next hearing.’
During the hearing the defence team also requested copies of alleged confessions made by the suspects during questioning by police.
Qwaba’s lawyer Thabo Nogemane said the defence had asked prosecutors to hand over copies of the alleged documents.

He said: ‘We have requested the state to furnish us with copies of any confessions that may have been made by the accused.’
The trio of suspects were remanded again in custody following today’s hearing.
All had previously appeared in court but today was the first time they had done so together.
The court proceedings follow a fortnight of speculation about the tragedy.
Mr Dewani has told how two armed gunmen held up their car as they were driven on a late night detour through Gugulethu at around 11pm on November 13.
He said Tongo was first kicked out of the vehicle before the hijackers forced him out and drove off with his wife.
Mrs Dewani, an engineering graduate, was discovered dead hours later, slumped in the back of the Volkswagan Sharan.
Police have said she was not sexually assaulted but several items of her belongings had been stolen.
The three suspects were all arrested separately within days of the tragedy.
They have each been appointed defence lawyers and are being held in custody at a Cape Town police station.
Last week a South African newspaper claimed Mr Dewani himself was being treated as a formal suspect in the case.
However the Bristol-based care home boss has denied any involvement and said he believed he was smeared by a campaign of lies.
He has employed public relations expert Max Clifford to act as his spokesman and said he would co-operate fully with the police enquiry.
Detectives leading the enquiry have repeatedly declined to comment on the claims.
