The bizarre world of the McCanns and the British media blackout continues. The two doctors and their Portuguese lawyer now in contempt of court for refusing to return Dr.Amarasl books. A rather childish move from someone who claims to be one of Portugals top lawyers, but Duarte was dragged into a 'star dust timewarp' that she foolishly thought she could win and had not heard of everything the McCanns touch turns to dust and destruction. The doctors, now to write a book 'their truth' about their innocence in the disappearance of their daughter, they shall call the book 'Madeleine' but it will not be about their daughter it will once again be about them. The Ramseys did the same, so long ago now and yet JonBenet still cannot rest, nor those who wish justice for her.The case now re-opened and all eyes back on a family member , Burke Ramsey and what he may know. The lead detective on the case,Steve Thomas just like Dr.Amaral suspected the parents all along, so many years have past and nothing has changed. The McCanns will always remain suspects they can follow the Smarts and the Ramseys, write as many books and speak to media whores like Larry King but facts do not change and there is no fact that states Madeleine Beth was abducted and there never will be.

This documentary was censored in the UK and banned in Portugal, it was based on a book which was also banned in Portugal via an injunction filed by the McCann couple after more than one year had gone by since both documentary and book were, respectively broadcast and published.
The McCann couple only filed the above mentioned injunction when negotiations were taking place to publish both book and documentary in the UK. The censorship of both documentary and book envisages their destruction, that is the ultimate McCann couple objective, as stated by their own lawyer.
The McCann couple action is a clear attack to a fundamental and inalienable right as stated in Article 37 of the Portuguese Constitution, Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights and UN's Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

I think the most important lesson we can learn from the McCann case is that the rich really are different. For one thing, they can more easily get away with murder. Many of us have ourselves to blame, the celebrity whores who jumped on board, Kennedy, JK Rowling, Branson and the British public all helped the McCanns to become wealthy . Without the money and support little Madeleine may have seen Justice, but now it is too late. For us, all that we can do is remain a thorn in the side of two doctors who have got away with 'the perfect crime in a little village called Praia da Luz'...I am thinking also of the Martha Moxley case in Connecticut, the Cullen Davis case in Texas, and of course the O.J. Simpson case in Los Angeles. What's the answer? It's the same thing that compromises our political system: money gives those with it a tremendous political advantage over those of modest means. I wish I knew the answer.
Last but not least Chandra Levy, her remains found one year later along with her personal effects AFTER this area had been thoroughly searched. There was a lot of heat on the Goverment from Chandras family and they needed a ''patsy to take the heat away from Gary Condict, the obvious suspect. No DNA evidence just the word of another convict saying the 'patsy' had confessed and as for Gary Condict he was asked 'a direct question' "Did you kill Chandra" he replied "No" he was then asked " are you involved in her disappearance" he replied "No".....case closed .
